Rottnest Express (REX) reserves the right to alter tour itineraries as deemed necessary. Tour operation or alterations may occur due to whether condition, strikes etc.
A minimum number of passengers is required to operate tour. It may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure in which case an alternative tour or a full refund for tour would be offered.
REX gives no guarantee as to the exact arrival or departure times as circumstances beyond our control may influence this.
REX shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, delay, irregularity, loss or any damage caused by or resulting from provision of or failure to provide any such services.
