eCertify and the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce have developed eCert technology to electronically stamp and sign export documents; eliminating the need for phyisical authorisation. The COO is sent electronically and returned via eCert from the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce.

Turn around time is as little as 5 - 10 mins regardless of the exporters location. This saves the exporter time and money by not employing third parties to physically deliver documents for processing. It also improves accuracy and efficiency whilst simplifiying procedures by reducing the number of steps required.
