This is a hands-on, two-hour workshop built around participation rather than presentation. Attendees will work in small groups of 5–6 to explore practical tools and frameworks that can be immediately applied within their own businesses. Activities will include brainstorming, SWOT analysis and prioritisation exercises, all focused on addressing common SME challenges.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• Draft a simple one-page strategy capturing their goals, priorities and measures

• Learn how to identify the vital few initiatives using a prioritisation matrix

• Experience a peer-based problem-solving process to test and refine a real business issue

• Translate strategy into action with clear owners, next steps and a light execution rhythm to support follow-through
