Chrissie Maus is the CEO of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce, the leading voice for business in the port city of Western Australia.
Prior to her role in the most eclectic and spirited seaside destination in the world, Fremantle, she was the General Manager (CEO) of the largest retail and entertainment precinct in Australia – Melbourne’s Chapel Street.
Earning her stripes in TV and radio over 20 years ago, she’s gone on to carve out a reputation as a captivating speaker, accomplished marketer, trusted non-executive director and cheeky industry trailblazer.
She is a Fellow of the National Australian Marketing Institute, an alumnae of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Marian Bull
EXPORT MANAGER
Marian is in her 9th year with the Fremantle Chamber starting as an Export Officer and now holds the position of Export Manager.
With an extensive career in export, Marian brings to the Chamber a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of international markets and document requirements.
Marian’s trusted experience in the exports sector has gained her the upmost respect from those world-wide across the industry.
She is invaluable for existing and new exporters in navigating through the process to have their detailed documents checked and approved in a timely manner. Appointments can be made for one-on-one instructions by phone or in person if required.
The Export and International Trade Desk is your first point of contact at The Chamber for electronic and manual certification for all Certificates of Origin including Free Trade Agreements.

Maddie Knorr
PROJECT MANAGER | EA TO CEO

Maddie brings a unique, Fremantle focused understanding to the Chamber team, backed by a strong foundation in executive support, project coordination and stakeholder engagement. Her recent role in the Mayor’s Office at the City of Fremantle saw her providing high-level executive support, managing complex and competing schedules and acting as a key conduit between stakeholders in Fremantle. This experience refined her ability to balance competing priorities with grace, clarity, and unwavering professionalism.
With a genuine passion for Fremantle’s unique character and community spirit, Maddie is committed to contributing to initiatives that build connection and encourage local growth. She is energised by the opportunity to support the CEO in championing businesses and supporting the Chamber’s contribution to Fremantle’s thriving landscape.
As Project Manager/EA, Maddie is the first point of contact for all matters relating to the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless experience for members and stakeholders. Her warmth, insight, and steadfast reliability make her not just a valued team member, but a truly indispensable asset to the Chamber.

Lauren Williams
EXPORTS MANAGER (2 DAYS/WEEK)
Lauren is a talented professional who brings a wealth of experience to the FCC team. She is typically in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, where she plays a key role in supporting the Export and International Trade Desk, as well as FCC marketing, membership, and event efforts.
With an extensive background in communications, public relations, and event planning, Lauren has exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for seamless project management. As the director of her own event and wedding planning company, she has honed her ability to manage multiple moving parts while ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
Beyond her time in the office, you’ll often find Lauren at FCC events -whether assisting the team or representing her own business as an engaged member.
Lauren’s dedication, creativity, and experience make her an asset to the FCC and our community.
