Australian Cruise Association Conference Returns to Fremantle in 2025
Fremantle will host the Australian Cruise Association Conference 2025 from 3–5 September, marking the first time in 20 years the event has returned to our vibrant port city.
The last time Fremantle welcomed the conference was back in 2005, with just over 50 attendees. This year, the event is expected to attract over 150 delegates from across Australia’s cruise, tourism and maritime sectors — a clear sign of the industry's growth and the increasing importance of Fremantle as a key destination on the national cruise map.
A Showcase of Fremantle's Vibrant Spirit
More than just a business event, the 2025 conference will offer a unique opportunity to experience Fremantle’s rich culture, coastal charm and vibrant hospitality scene. Delegates will connect and collaborate through a series of immersive networking and social events:
Welcome Function | Wednesday 3 September, 5:00–7:00pm
Gage Roads Freo — Attendees will kick off the conference with local brews, waterfront views and warm hospitality.
Members' Dinner | Wednesday 3 September, 7:15–10:00pm
Emily Taylor — An intimate dining experience featuring bold Asian flavours at one of Fremantle’s best-loved restaurants.
Gala Dinner – “Classic Rock” Theme | Thursday 4 September, 6:30–10:00pm Freo Social — Delegates will enjoy a night of live music, great food and celebration at one of Fremantle’s most iconic cultural venues. Inspired by Fremantle icon and AC/DC frontman Bon Scott, the evening celebrates the spirit of cruise and community in true Freo style.
